Description
The Client Credit Specialist, Australia Offshore Finance Team will provide a level of support to the Australian Client Credit Team Manager, Australian Revenue Manager, and the organization in managing the processes of client credit for the Australian offices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tracking new client registrations
- Assist with the operation of client credit and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with the review of current procedures and, if necessary, make recommendations for change having regard to regulatory requirements
- Assist with the assessment of opportunities for client credit claims
- Prepare client credit claims as directed by the Manager and lodge them on a timely basis
- Monitor the progress of client credit claims
- Prepare client credit appeals
- Assess all client credit determinations, review, and ensure accuracy.
- Become a point-of-contact for client credit queries
- Liaise with Partners on client credit issues as directed by the Manager
- Oversee all administration related to client credit function including but not limited to:
- scanning documentation
- maintaining tracking and filing database
- distribution of correspondence from CCA
- Prepare monthly client credit fee reports for distribution to partners
- Extract fee information and individual partner summaries from the Portal and post relevant information on the partner page
- Preparation of reports as requested by the Finance Director, Client Credit Liaison partner, etc.
- Maintaining swap spreadsheet and posting and ensuring accuracy before formula distribution
- Review NBRs for accuracy of client credit information before submission to Client Matter Intake
Skills and Experience:
- Good experience in a relevant field
- Good Excel knowledge
