Herman Huidink is a member of the Baker & McKenzie’s Europe and Global Tax Transactions Group. He has extensive experience working on Dutch corporate tax and international tax law matters. In addition to his practice, Mr. Huidink regularly writes articles on corporate tax law and financial instruments, as well as legal mergers and profit split. He also frequently lectures at seminars and courses on Dutch corporate tax law. Mr. Huidink is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs) and the Dutch Tax Studies Association (Vereniging voor belastingwetenschap).
Practice Focus
Mr. Huidink’s practice has a particular emphasis on investment structures, mergers and acquisitions, real estate taxation and acquisition financing. His clients primarily consist of multinationals and investment funds.
