David Buser is a member of the Firm’s Banking & Finance Practice Group in Zurich. He practices mainly in the areas of banking and finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general contract, corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Buser regularly advises on syndicated loans and the preparation of the related security documentation. Before joining the Firm, he previously worked as legal counsel at the exchange regulation of the Swiss Stock Exchange.
Practice Focus
Mr. Buser advises Swiss and international clients on all matters involving the Swiss capital market, including regulatory matters regarding banks and securities dealers. He counsels clients from the financial sector on issues related to corporate reorganizations and restructuring, as well as loan agreements and debt structuring, commercial agreements and contracts. Mr. Buser’s practice also covers M&A transactions, as well as a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. He also focuses on obligations for maintaining listings at the Swiss Stock Exchange as well as banks and securities dealers' authorization proceedings.
