Baker & McKenzie has launched the 2010 Global Mobility Handbook, its newest addition to a comprehensive line of legal resources. Published and written by the Firm’s lawyers around the world, The Handbook contains key information on the movement of expatriate professionals to the world's major business destinations.
The Handbook is a resource for in-house counsel, human resource managers and global relocation professionals to identify key mobility issues ranging from employment to compensation and tax to immigration. It provides guidance for the movement of managers and professionals, trainees and business visitors — from short trips to long-term assignments. Jurisdictions covered in the Handbook include most of the 38 countries where Baker & McKenzie has offices — from Australia to Venezuela.
