Petra Hauser joined the Firm as an associate in 2008 after working as a clerk at the Meilen District Court and a research assistant at the chair for public law, administrative law and lawmaking of the University of Zurich. She works mainly on commercial and administrative disputes before state courts. Ms. Hauser is a member of the Firm's Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Zurich, and also practices in the areas of product security and public law with a special focus on public procurement law.
Practice Focus
Ms. Hauser regularly advises clients on contractual, commercial and administrative disputes. She represents clients in product safety and public procurement issues and provides sound counsel on various regulatory matters, including customs.
