Pascale Farey – Da Rin joined Baker & McKenzie SCP in 2002. She advises French and international companies as well as French and international individuals, on tax matters and assists them on tax audit procedures.

She has also developed a focus on philanthropic matters and is a member of the group of Baker & McKenzie SCP dedicated to such practice.

Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie SCP, Ms. Farey – Da Rin worked for the tax department of Arthur Andersen International where she practiced corporate tax law.

Ms. Farey – Da Rin obtained a diploma in specialized studies in business law in 1997 and a diploma in elaborated studies in private law in 2000 at the University of Aix-en-Provence.

Pascale Farey – Da Rin a rejoint le Groupe Fiscalité de Baker & McKenzie SCP en 2002.

Elle est spécialisée en droit fiscal des entreprises : acquisitions, restructurations, assistance à contrôles fiscaux. Elle a par ailleurs une expertise dans le domaine de la philanthropie.

Elle conseille de grands groupes français et étrangers dans le cadre de leurs opérations de restructuration.

Pascale Farey – Da Rin est également membre du groupe Philanthropie du cabinet.

Elle a obtenu un DESS ainsi qu'un Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise (DJCE) Droit des affaires en 1997 et un DEA de Droit privé en 2000 (Université de Droit d'Aix-en-Provence).

Avant d’intégrer Baker & McKenzie SCP, Pascale Farey – Da Rin a exercé deux ans au sein du Cabinet Arthur Andersen International en tant qu’avocat fiscaliste.
