New Partner Strengthens Baker & McKenzie’s Offering in Procurement and Transportation

Stockholm, Sweden, 19 June 2012 – Baker & McKenzie, one of the leading global law firms, has appointed Sylvia Lindén to partner at the Stockholm office effective 1 July 2012. She joins Baker & McKenzie from the international transport conglomerate Keolis Group, where she headed the legal department in the Nordics for five years. Sylvia Lindén focuses on major international and European transport projects and she is an adviser in public procurement cases and public law.
“Sylvia Lindén joins the law firm with several years on an executive post in the industry behind her. Sylvia Lindén has worked on environmental law issues and she has experience as an adjunct judge at the environmental Court of Appeal in Stockholm. She earned her law degree at Uppsala University in 1999 and was a member of the Bar Association between 2005 and 2007. In 2012, Sylvia Lindén is once again a member of the Bar Association.
