Laura Rietvelt is legal director of the Corporate Structures department in Baker & McKenzie's Amsterdam office. Ms. Rietvelt joined the Firm in 2004 as a candidate civil-law notary. From January until April 2006 and September to November 2007, she was part of the Corporate team of Baker & McKenzie London. She was on secondment at IBM from February 2007 to August 2007.
Practice Focus
Ms. Rietvelt's practice focuses on corporate (notarial) law and M&A. She also has experience in domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings, including the establishment of new corporate structures.
