Juan Pablo Concha practices mainly in the area of intellectual property, particularly IP litigation and enforcement of rights. He has more than 15 years of experience in general advisory on protection of intellectual property rights and unfair competition. Mr. Concha is a member of the International Trademarks Association (INTA) and of the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition (IACC). He likewise teaches intellectual property law in a post-graduate course on commercial law of the Universidad Externado of Colombia. Mr. Concha is also a regular presenter at seminars for officials of the Attorney General’s Office, the National Police and Customs.

Mr. Concha’s practice is focused on IP enforcement through administrative, civil or criminal litigation, as well as unfair competition. He also has extensive experience handling and coordinating trademark and patent portfolios in Colombia and other Latin American jurisdictions. Mr. Concha provides sound legal advice on international enforcement of rights to different multinational and local companies.
