Aliagha Akhundov is a senior associate in Baker & McKenzie’s Baku office and a member of the Tax, Real Estate and Construction and Employment practice groups.

Practice Focus

Mr. Akhundov advises on taxation — including tax structuring and planning, VAT and tax controversies — and customs issues. His real estate practice encompasses construction advisory and advice on land use and planning. Mr. Akhundov's employment law practice focuses on employee benefit and executive compensation programs and advice on organizational changes and restructuring.
