New York, NY, October 7, 2009 - Baker & McKenzie’s New York office received the prestigious “New York Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year” award at International Tax Review's Fourth Annual Americas Tax Awards at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York on September 30. This is the fourth year in a row that the New York office has received the distinction. International Tax Review is a leading publication for corporate tax executives at multinational companies around the world.
The categories covered during the ceremony included Transfer Pricing, Tax Litigation and overall Tax practice. In addition to the New York office, several of the Firm’s offices in Latin America received top awards, including “Colombia Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year,” “Mexico Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year,” “Venezuela Tax Firm of the Year” and “Latin America Tax Restructuring Team of the Year.”
