Baker & McKenzie Advises on the First Hilton Hotel Established in Riyadh

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 8 February 2010 – Legal Advisors in association with Baker & McKenzie Ltd has advised on the first Hilton hotel to be established in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Acting for the owner, the General Organisation for Social Insurance (GOSI), the Firm undertook negotiations with Hilton Hotels for its appointment as operator of the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences which upon completion of construction will feature 480 guest rooms and 350 serviced apartments.
