Cairo, Egypt, 25 February 2010 – Helmy, Hamza & Partners Members of Baker & McKenzie international has acted as legal counsel for Orasqualia (“OCI / Aqualia”) on the Public Private Partnership of the Waste Water Treatment Plant in Cairo, along with the Direct Agreement and Loan Facility related thereto. This is the first public private partnership project that has been materialized and executed in Egypt.
