Daily Journal Names Eandi a Top Labor & Employment Lawyer in California

San Francisco / Palo Alto, USA, July 18, 2012 – Baker & McKenzie Palo Alto partner Susan Eandi was recognized as a “2012 Top Labor & Employment Lawyer in California” by the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal. This is the third consecutive year the Daily Journal has recognized Ms. Eandi with this honor.
Susan Eandi is the lead of Baker & McKenzie’s Global Employment and Labor Law sub-practice group for North America, and co-chair of the San Francisco/Palo Alto Compensation and Employment Law Practice Group. She advises Silicon Valley's largest multinational technology companies on matters including employment issues stemming from pre-IPO due diligence, cross-border transactions and restructurings, among other issues.
Ms. Eandi was specifically recognized for her recent work advising on the international employment issues involved with Microsoft Corp.’s acquisition of Skype, Microchip Technology Inc.’s acquisition of SMSC and Vina Concha Y Toro on its acquisition of Fetzer Vineyards.
