Baker & McKenzie Hires Real Estate Partner in Austria

Vienna, Austria, May 9, 2012 – Baker & McKenzie Diwok Hermann Petsche is pleased to announce that Stephan Gröss (37) has joined its Vienna office. Mr. Gröss specializes in real estate transactions, real estate M&A and rental law.
He brings extensive expertise and transaction experience in all asset classes in all development stages of real estate projects. He joined Baker & McKenzie on May 1 from well-regarded national firm KWR Karasek Wietrzyk Rechtsanwälte, where he was a partner and headed the real estate transaction practice. He previously worked at CMS Strommer Reich-Rohrwig Karasek Hainz. He advises institutional investors and municipal developers amongst other clients.
His experience includes all aspects of planning and structuring real estate transactions, including development, due diligence financing and tax implications.

His experience with complex transactional issues is also grounded in his many years of lecturing at the Business University in Vienna and bfi Vienna.
