Baker & McKenzie Advises Jones Lang LaSalle on King Sturge merger

London, United Kingdom, 27 May 2011 - Baker & McKenzie has advised global real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle on its GBP197 million merger with international property consultancy King Sturge.
The combination, announced today, creates the clear leader in the UK and also in Continental Europe.
