Baker & McKenzie Partner Named “Top Labor & Employment Lawyer in California” for the Second Consecutive Year

San Francisco / Palo Alto, USA, 19 July 2011 – Baker & McKenzie Palo Alto partner Susan Eandi was recognized as a “2011 Top Labor & Employment Lawyer in California” by the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal.
Susan Eandi is the co-lead of Baker & McKenzie’s North American International Employment Law sub-practice and advises Silicon Valley's largest multinational technology companies on matters including employment issues stemming from cross-border transactions and restructurings, among other issues. The Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal wrote, “From pre-employment activities to termination, Ms. Eandi juggles the various employment regulations in several jurisdictions,” highlighting the Firm’s global network and in-depth practice knowledge.
Last year, she was recognized for her work on advising US-based multinational companies on managing employment issues worldwide, and particularly for her work advising companies on employment matters in cross-border transactions and post-acquisition integrations. This was mentioned specifically in relation to her assistance on several high-profile, multi-million dollar transactions in the tech area in the past year, which involved employees in as many as 43 different countries.
