Baker & McKenzie Recognized for International Client Service Excellence

Global, 1 April, 2011 – Baker & McKenzie has received International Law Office’s 2011 ILO Client Choice Firm – International Award for its excellence in client care and quality of service. The Firm also received the award for Client Choice Firm in the Czech Republic.

Baker & McKenzie was among 49 firms to receive ILO Client Choice Awards this year. The winners were chosen from more than 2,000 nominations received from senior corporate in-house counsel from around the world and were assessed on a range of criteria, including quality of legal advice, value for money, commercial awareness, effective communication, billing transparency, tailored fee structures, depth of team, response time, sharing of expertise and use of technology.

For the first time, ILO expanded the awards to include individual lawyers. A total of 14 lawyers from Baker & McKenzie were acknowledged for their practice expertise and outstanding client service. They are:
