Amsterdam, Netherlands, January 9, 2012 - Baker & McKenzie has announced the appointment of Laura Rietvelt as legal director in the practice group Corporate Structures.
In 2004, she joined Baker & McKenzie as a candidate civil-law notary. Laura Rietvelt specializes in guiding national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financings and restructurings, as well as the creation of companies, joint ventures and other alliances.
