After a long wait, the Notification of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE) re: Prescribing Types, Sizes And Process Of Projects Or Activities Which May Cause Serious Impact To Community With Respect To Environmental Quality, Natural Resources And Health, In Which Governmental Sector, State Enterprise Or Private Sector Is Required To Prepare Environmental Impact Assessment Report, B.E. 2553 (2010) (the Notification) was published in the Government Gazette and became effective on 1 September 2010.
