Proposed revisions to capital treatment under Basel securitisation framework This alert discusses the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision’s consultation paper which is aimed at addressing shortcomings in capital treatment under the current framework. The committee welcomes comment on the consultation paper until 15 March 2013.		Derivative transaction reporting ASIC recently released CP 205 Derivative transaction reporting as part of the G20 commitment to improve transparency, mitigate systemic risk and protect against market abuse of OTC derivative transactions. ASIC has issued draft Reporting Rules with CP 205 for comment by 1 May 2013. This is of particular interest to service providers, financial institutions, end users, and prospective operators of trade repositories.
