Yasuhisa Takatori is an associate in the Tokyo Banking & Finance groups. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at the Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Limited from 1993 to 1999. He was seconded to Baker & McKenzie's London office and the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in Europe from 2007 to 2008. From 2011 to 2012, he was seconded to the Japan Bank for International Cooperation. Mr. Takatori is a member of the Tokyo Bar Association.

Practice Focus

Mr. Takatori focuses his practice on banking and finance law, and general corporate law. He has substantial experience advising on the legal aspects of project finance, PFI, acquisition finance, asset liquidation, finance lease and other structured finance.
