Derivative transaction reporting ASIC recently released CP 205 Derivative transaction reporting as part of the G20 commitment to improve transparency, mitigate systemic risk and protect against market abuse of OTC derivative transactions. ASIC has issued draft Reporting Rules with CP 205 for comment by 1 May 2013. This is of particular interest to service providers, financial institutions, end users, and prospective operators of trade repositories.		Kazakhstan introduces new provisions for securities offerings We provide an overview of changes to Kazakhstan’s securities market law, which set out new requirements and procedures for international securities offerings as well as provisions for domestic securities issuances. Most of the amendments took effect on 1 February 2012.
