Omar Galaria is a member of the Firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mr. Galaria advises clients on a wide range of domestic and international transactional matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, start-ups, and lending transactions, with a focus on intellectual property issues. He also represents clients in a range of intellectual property disputes, particularly those involving patents. Prior to starting at the University of Illinois College of Law, he worked as a patent agent at a mid-sized Chicago-based IP boutique for more than two years.

Mr. Galaria handles a variety of intellectual property matters, including patent litigation, and general counseling in the areas of patents and technology.
