Our North America Disputes team works closely with lawyers in our offices around the world to provide exceptional national and international litigation services in areas such as antitrust, investigations and business crimes, international arbitration, product liability/recalls and securities enforcement and litigation.

Our extensive experience representing foreign multinational companies in cross-border disputes in the US and abroad distinguishes us from our competitors. We provide a wide range of services, including taking foreign discovery, defeating jurisdiction of claims against foreign multinationals sued in the US, managing complex matters involving competing foreign and US laws, and enforcing US judgments abroad and foreign judgments in the US.

The UK recently announced that various changes to its copyright framework will soon be introduced. In this client alert, Ben Allgrove and Steve Holmes identify the three key changes for the digital media industry following this latest development.
