Leopoldo Ustariz has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate law matters. A professor of public finance in the Central University of Venezuela for 15 years, he was granted a scholarship for his postgraduate studies in the University of Paris in France. Mr. Ustariz currently serves as member of the Caracas and Monagas State Bar Associations.
