Daniel Valles is an associate in the Firm’s Employment Practice Group in Palo Alto. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Mexican American Bar Association, California State Bar, Massachusetts State Bar, and District of Columbia Bar.
Mr. Valles represents clients in employment-related state and federal litigation, including wrongful termination and retaliatory discharge, employment discrimination and harassment, state and federal wage and hour disputes. He also assists in issues involving the Americans with Disability Act, Disabled Persons Act, Unruh Act, Fair Employment and Housing Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act and California Family Rights Act. Mr. Valles also counsels clients on domestic and international employment issues, including hiring, wage and hour compliance, data privacy, leave policies and procedures, workplace complaint investigations and termination of employment.
