Christine O’Brien serves as head of Baker & McKenzie's Employment Group in London. Chambers UK and The Legal 500 ranks her as one of the leading lawyers in her field. She sits on the International Committee of the Employment Lawyers Association, and is a former management committee member of the same association. In addition to her practice, Christine regularly contributes to PLC as well as Sweet & Maxwell’s loose-leaf volume on the implementation of the Acquired Rights Directive and collective consultation.
Practice Focus
Christine advises clients in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including large-scale collective redundancy plans, high-value discrimination claims, the enforcement of restrictive covenants and garden leave clauses. She also represents clients in Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
