Baker & McKenzie Acts For Siemens On UK Energy Sector Deal

London, UK, 2 April 2012 – Baker & McKenzie has advised Siemens Energy on the acquisition of the Connectors and Measurements Division of Expro Holdings UK, a company specializing in the oil and gas industry, for Euro470 million. The equipment manufactured by Expro forms a crucial part of the power grid that Siemens is currently developing for use on the sea bed at depths of down to 3,000 meters.
