Edmund Leow, Head of Tax, New Managing Principal in Singapore

Singapore, 13 June 2012 – Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow has appointed Edmund Leow, Head of Tax and Wealth Management as Managing Principal of the Singapore office from 1 July 2012. He takes over from Clive Cook who has completed his three-year appointment in Singapore.
Edmund has been with the Firm since 1987 and has played a key role in making the Singapore office the success it is today. He advises on international tax and trade law matters with a focus on cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing and tax disputes.

Edmund will continue in the role as Head of Tax and Wealth Management whilst operating as Managing Principal. He will be supported by Allen Tan who has been promoted to Associate Principal. Allen has extensive experience working on both regional and local tax issues and was very early in his career rated as a leading lawyer in many of the legal directories and publications.
