Biography
Lotte Ozinga is a senior associate and a member of the Employment & Compensation Practice Group in Baker McKenzie's Amsterdam office. She provides general advice on a wide range of employment law matters.
Practice Focus
Lotte mainly assists the human resources departments of multinational clients and the boards of small and medium-sized enterprises on employment law matters. She provides legal support to clients going through collective dismissals, Works Council related issues and (de)merger activities, among others. Lotte also provides advice on cases relating to illness and poor performance files.
