Jan-Willem (Jan Willem) A. M. Gerritsen

Jan-Willem focuses on rendering tax advice to multinationals, particularly in relation to supply chain management, transfer pricing, tax risk management and tax and legal aspects of M&A and financing transactions. He advises various multinationals on the use of holding, financing and licensing structures in a European perspective. Jan-Willem has also been involved in the development of several tax efficient financing structures for US and European clients.

• Involved in the development of a transfer pricing system for internal services rendered within the European part of a listed US multinational.

• Involved in the tax litigation for a Dutch subsidiary of a listed UK PLC in respect of the income to be reported in the Netherlands on royalties received from the far-east and paid on to the UK.

• Involved in the development of a tax efficient financing structure for the European operational companies of a listed multinational.
