In line with the second anniversary of Hong Kong's competition law, the conference highlighted relevant topics and recent updates on competition law in Asia. It also featured panel discussions on Information Exchange: Do the Rules Give Businesses Sufficient Flexibility?, Does Competition Law Help or Hinder Innovation? and Major Developments Around the Region.

Attended by the region's top senior experts and directors from various professional firms and competition authorities, and Baker McKenzie clients, the competition law conference's keynote speakers were Brent Snyder, Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Competition Commission and Sir Philip Lowe, Former Director General of DG Competition and DG Energy, European Commission.
