Biography

Andrew J. Boling was one of 263 employment lawyers worldwide included in “An International Who’s Who of Management Labor & Employer Lawyers” in 1999 — and in each subsequent edition. Since 2001, he has been ranked by Euromoney Magazine among the world’s leading experts in employment law. Mr. Boling represents employers and management in various cross-border employment and labor matters. Likewise, he has represented companies in litigation, involving state and federal employment discrimination laws, wrongful discharge, individual employment contracts, employee disloyalty, compensation and commission disputes, and work-related tort claims. Mr. Boling has also written and lectured extensively on employment law issues.

Practice Focus

Mr. Boling helps companies implement global work force reductions and collective redundancies, as well as prepare cross-border employment and assignment agreements, performance management systems, global codes of conduct and corporate social responsibility programs. He has also handled hundreds of lawsuits and administrative proceedings throughout the United States, including the states of Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ohio, Texas, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
