Practice Focus
Mr. Schroeder focuses his practice on domestic and international structuring and tax planning for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other pass-through entities. Mr. Schroeder also has significant experience representing taxpayers through all aspects of tax audits, appeals, competent authority matters and the tax issues associated with chapter 11 bankruptcy. He provides legal advice on complex domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, global tax planning, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, private equity transactions, the tax aspects of securities offerings and like-kind exchanges.
