He is an active member of a number of professional associations related to his practice. Mr. Van Wettum is also a frequent speaker at seminars on international tax planning for software and other companies in the high-tech industry and fashion groups.

Willem van Wettum has over 25 years experience practicing tax in the area of international taxation, with a focus on corporate taxation. He advises multinational companies in international tax planning projects, cross-border tax planning, acquisitions/restructurings and mergers, international finance transactions, and application of tax treaties and tax rulings.
