It's the end of the calendar year and time for our annual year-end filing/reporting webinar. This webinar will go over the necessary tax and regulatory filings for global stock plans triggered by the end of the year. There are tax filings in some countries to track the equity compensation received over the year due to exercises or share issuances/purchases. We will also address certain securities law or other corporate/exchange control reporting that will be required.
