Our lawyers have a proven track record in cross-border transactions across a wide range of industry sectors - power, energy and alternative energy, roads, ports, airports, rail, petrochemical facilities, water and waste water facilities, upstream and downstream oil and gas projects, mining and natural resources and telecommunications infrastructure.
