She also has successfully counseled companies on employment issues triggered by cross-border transactions in more than 60 jurisdictions, with deal values ranging from USD2 million to more than USD8 billion. Working on a daily basis with Baker & McKenzie’s global team of employment lawyers, Ms. Krudewagen provides strategic international and cross-border employment counseling on a myriad of matters ranging from pre-employment matters to termination — including offer letters and employment agreements, bonus and commission plans, wage and hour, discrimination and harassment, workplace privacy, social media issues, confidential and proprietary information, expatriate assignments/secondments, codes of social responsibility and reductions in force and other cost-cutting measures. She has counseled multinational companies on employment issues for numerous domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, tax restructurings, post-acquisition integrations and outsourcing transactions.
