Tom Philipp works in the Firm’s Corporate and International Securities practice groups in London. He joined Baker & McKenzie in 1976, and has been with the London practice since 1983.
Practice Focus
Tom focuses on primary and secondary equity offerings, as well as high-yield, euro and convertible debt offerings — all of which involve US tranches. He is also highly experienced in working with foreign-based issuers, including those from Western, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
