- Advised Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited on a number of term loan facilities to various corporations.
- Acted for the steering committees representing groups of banks and other financial institutions with exposure to financially troubled publicly listed groups.
- Acted for financially troubled publicly listed groups in negotiating and documenting restructuring arrangements with banks and other financial institutions, which involved companies with assets in China and elsewhere in the Asia Pacific region.
- Advised financial institutions on documenting local and cross-border loan facilities both on a syndicated and single lender basis and, in particular, in the areas of property financing and takeovers.
