Stefan Brandt is joint head of the ITC/IP Practice Group in the Firm's Stockholm office. Mr. Brandt has significant experience in intellectual property, and IT and telecommunications law. He regularly contributes articles — primarily on legal developments in Sweden — for various publications as well as the Firm’s European Legal Development Bulletin.
Practice Focus
Mr. Brandt is seasoned in matters involving the contentious and non-contentious aspects of IP law. He has substantial experience in brand protection and infringement, including parallel importation matters. He is often engaged in litigation, especially with respect to trademark and trade name infringements, passing off matters and unfair competition issues. Mr. Brandt handles the full range of IT contracts and various issues related to electronic commerce, as well as regulatory and license issues in telecommunications services. He also drafts and negotiates a wide range of telecommunications agreements.
