Shinichiro Abe is one of Japan’s leading advisers in local and international corporate restructuring and insolvency law. He has spoken at various conferences related to his field and has authored and co-authored several publications, including the M&A Handbook on Conducting Business Practically. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Abe is a professor at Chuo Law School.
