Robert Hudson is the managing partner and senior tax partner of the Miami office with 40 years of experience in international tax law. Practice Focus
Mr. Hudson has represented a broad spectrum of international and domestic clients — including Fortune 500 companies and major non-US businesses — in their international, outbound tax planning and global tax minimization projects, as well as clients in major tax controversy cases. He also addresses FIRPTA and treaty-related issues for foreign clients investing in the US, and has done an increasing amount of wealth management, international tax and trust planning for very high net worth clients and financial institutions.
