Regis Fabre joined Baker & McKenzie SCP in 2003 after spending 15 years in private practice and another eight with EY Law. He practices mainly in the areas of distribution and competition law and regularly advises clients on sales promotion law. Mr. Fabre serves as professor of law at the University of Montpellier and was in-charge of the publication of "Lettre de la Concurrence Consommation Actualités" from 1991 to 1995.
Practice Focus
Mr. Fabre focuses his practice on the constitution of franchises and distribution networks for retailer’s and wholesaler’s activities. He also takes part in the control of advertising activities for advertisers and agencies, as well as in sales promotion for operations on websites or mails. Mr. Fabre also advises clients on French and European competition law, especially as it relates to state subsidies, cartel and concentration issues.
