Raúl Rubio joined Baker & McKenzie as a partner in the Information Technology and Communications Practice Group in 2011. He has over 15 years of experience and has previously worked for prestigious law firms such as Landwell-PwC. Mr. Rubio has co-written numerous articles for business journals and magazines, including “The Electronic Signature Act” which was published in Experiencia. He has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1995.
