We limit our clients’ risks by following strict transaction procedures and closely supervising all of our lawyers working on the transaction. Drawing on our long history of working on a wide range of capital market transactions, we use documents from other successful deals and tailor them to the current transaction.
We coordinate with the securities lawyers in our UK and US offices on international deals and apply their knowledge and procedures to our work in the developing Polish securities market. We consult with our colleagues in the Tax practice to structure deals to avoid tax risk and working closely with our network of financial advisers, brokerage firms and capital market institutions to give clients the highest quality service.
