• Advised HPE Hausbau, a General Electric affiliate, on its acquisition of a distressed residential flat portfolio (more than 1000 units) in Berlin and surrounding locations.
• Advised EUROVIA on the corporate restructuring (including various spinoff, drop-down and merger transactions) of its road construction business.
