Advised on the USD3 billion project financing of the expansion and upgrade of an existing telecoms network and the Greenfield rollout of eight telecom circles in India.

Acted for the offshore and onshore project lenders in relation to the USD880 million limited recourse financing of the Gulf Power 1,400MW gas fired power plant in Thailand.

Acted for BLCP Power Limited in relation to the development and financing of its USD1.2 billion 1,400MW coal fired power project in Thailand (this transaction was named Asiamoney’s Project Finance Deal of the Year for 2003).

Acted for the syndicate of lenders in the USD1.2 billion refinancing of the privatization of the Maxis Group in Malaysia.
