Niamh A. Curry is a partner in the Firm’s New York office, advising primarily on alternative investment fund matters. She also assists clients with their investment activities and legal issues, including issues concerning the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. In 2009, Ms. Curry co-authored the publication, “Proposed legislation in the US could have major implications for private funds and registered advisers,” which appeared in Private Equity and Venture Capital. She is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
Ms. Curry concentrates her practice on the structuring and formation of and investment in international and domestic private investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds and fund of funds.
